Special Topics in Phlebotomy

This course addresses the in-depth study of special topics in surgical technology that do not have specific courses in the catalog. Course content will vary depending on the topic being studied. Topics may include study of the perioperative team and its language, the evolution and basic principles of patient care, clinical preceptorship, etc. This course is repeatable up to three times, any topic only once, for a maximum of 6 hours towards degree completion.
