Course Description
This course provides an overview of employment and labor law in the context of organizational strategy. Topics include the legal relationship between employers and employees, employment at-will doctrine, employment contracts, federal and state anti-discrimination laws, labor-management relations in the union setting, and laws that apply to compensation and benefits.
