Teaching Grammar to Multilingual Learners (MLs)

Course Description

This course will begin with a brief historical perspective of transformational, structural and traditional methodologies used in teaching Multilingual Learners (MLs). In addition, the course will focus on a descriptive analysis of English and some of the nuances of English grammar. Finally, the course will consider the role of grammar instruction in the English language classroom.
