Residential Heating Technician Certificate (Plan 24RJ)

The Residential Heating Technician Certificate program prepares students for employment as residential heating trainees. This certificate emphasizes the operational characteristics of various types of residential heating equipment and develops the technical skills necessary for installation, startup, and service.

Coursework focuses on sequence of operation, reading and interpreting wiring diagrams, system startup and commissioning procedures, and systematic troubleshooting techniques.
