Gas Welding, Brazing and Thermal Cutting
Course Description
This course will present safety, theory, equipment setup, skill development and other applications with the oxy-fuel process. Students will study and practice oxy-fuel welding, brazing, cutting and various conditioning techniques. Other manual thermal cutting processes including, plasma and carbon arc will also be studied and practiced. Opportunity to practice and work with steel, cast iron, aluminum, and stainless steel will be presented. Note: Student must furnish basic required PPE.
